Obvious, there were no room left inside for the controler, whatsoever!

So, a new canopy was made (new model, mold, etc.)

The controler was strip off of shrink.

Am facut acelasi lucru la un controler de 30A cu motor de 25A si se simte diferenta.Acum am o intrebare: acelasi tip de controler il folosesc cu un motor de 3800kV outruner dar se incalzeste destul de bine cu toate ca motorul in sarcina cu o elice de 5X4 consuma la turatie maxima 20A, care sa fie cauza?

P.S.
Trebuia sa scriu in engleza?

Check the timing setup of your controler.
If the motor is outrunner, the timing must be set on "hard".

Just to make sure: did you use some thermal conductive glue for that ESC or did you simply press it against the radiator?

Wish I had some!
I just put some white thermal transfer paste in-between and pressed the
controller onto the radiator with those balsa strips.
