Benzineste, scanteieste, dar nu mai porneste Despre un OS indaratnic

Se da urmatoarea problema:

Motor OS 91 FX MAX .91 (15 cc), rodat, zburat vreo 2 sezoane cu acest pasaret:

Eu l-am luat asa cum se vede, l-am vazut zburand acum vreo 2-3 saptamani, mergea foarte frumos, deci nu putem spune ca avea vreun defect. Cel de la care l-am luat e de foarte buna calitate, om serios, fara niciun dubiu. Deci, teapa este exclusa, eliminati din start, va rog, ipoteza asta!

Istoria e urmatoarea: de 3 zile-ncoace, rotostarteru' nu tace... si degeaba. Benzineste, scanteieste, dar nu porneste.
Adica:
Ziua 1 (recte alaltaieri): pornit "la sfert de cheie"! (Folosesc Optifuel 12% nitro, 18% ulei, bujie OS nr.8 ). Numai ca, orice reglaje i-am facut, la sol, legat de masina, raspundea EXCELENT la toate regimurile de turatie (relanti, accelerat maxim, iar relanti, sprituri scurte). Incanta auzul. Daaaaaaaaar.... cand sa-l ridic la nori, surpriza! La aprox 3 sferturi de acceleratie, moare motorul. Iar reglaje, iar totul merge minunat "static". La decolare, la 3 sferturi de acceleratie, motorul balbaie (nu se opreste, dar pierde din "vlaga" brusc).
Cedez nervos, zicand ca de vina e frigul si umezeala din aer.

Ziua 2 (recte ieri): ma mananca destele, nu pot sa stau cu dihania in casa si ies iar (impreuna cu inca 2 colegi forumisti de aici). Porneste imediat, dar n-am curaj sa-l ridic (vant si ceata densa). Multumit ca motorul merge bine, placut auzului, renunt la zbor. Dau sa-l mai pornesc inca o data (sa-l mai aud macar) si - pauza! N-a mai vrut.

Ziua (azi): incurajat de lipsa de vant si ceata mai putin densa, ies singur. Ei, si de aici sa vezi circ! Am descarcat un acumulator de la starter si tot n-am reusit sa-l pornesc. Am schimbat bujia OS nr 8 cu una nou-nouta OS nr 6, am repus OS nr.8, am frecat jicloru' de l-am ametit. Nici macar un rateu n-am auzit! Am verificat incalzitorul, incinge de ia foc bujia. Rezervor plin, scuipa pe toba cand dau la starter.

Am obosit....

Problema din ziua 1 nu are legatura cu cea din ziua 3.

OS 91 FX merge bine cu bujia OS # 8 iar combustibilul folosit de tine este destul de bun, deci nu de aici este problema.


Pentru ziua 1: probabil ca furtunul din rezervor este intepat intre pendul si capac. Posibil sa fie si un gunoi in needle valve dar mai sigur varianta 1.

Pentru ziua 3:
Motorul mai are compresie ?
Daca tii elicea de langa con, poti sa dai motorul peste cap cu mana ?

Ai lasat cumva bidonul de combustibil mai mult timp cu capacul deschis pe ceata ? Ai turnat cumva inapoi in bidon ce mai aveai in rezervor din ziua 2 cand a fost ceata ?
Te intreb, pentru ca metanolul este puternic higroscopic si absoarbe umezeala din aer, iar daca a absorbit 2 - 3 % deja nu se mai aprinde de la bujie (foarte greu de la bricheta, pentru test).

Ai lasat cumva bidonul de combustibil mai mult timp cu capacul deschis pe ceata ? Ce sa inteleg prin "mai mult timp"? A stat deschis cat a durat umplerea rezervorului. Stiu ca nu e bine sa stea deschis, de aceea pun capacul repede.
Ai turnat cumva inapoi in bidon ce mai aveai in rezervor din ziua 2 cand a fost ceata ? Da!!!
Te intreb, pentru ca metanolul este puternic higroscopic si absoarbe umezeala din aer, iar daca a absorbit 2 - 3 % deja nu se mai aprinde de la bujie (foarte greu de la bricheta, pentru test).

Salut.Eu zic ca nu mai are compresie motorul.Da jos toba si vezi daca observi ceva zgarieturi pe piston,daca ai zgarieturi inseamna ca ai incalzit prea tare motorul si sa gripat.

Compresie are foarte buna, de incins nu a avut cand. Dealtfel, am masurat temperatura: 86-88 grd C (era frig afara, a mers in reprize de nici 3 minute)

Combustibilul nu are nimic, ieri am zburat SBACH-ul cu un ASP .52 de a rupt norii.
Baiul l-am gasit: nu se alimenteaza cu carburant suficient!

Ma declar depasit de situatie. Acelasi simptom: porneste relativ usor, urca in turatii frumos, raspunde prompt la reprize, sta turat, sta la relanti, nu moare daca il tii inclinat la aprox. 45 grade, totul e perfect la sol. Ei, cum ii dai sa decoleze, se desprinde de sol si moare!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am cedat nervos.
Aseara am verificat furtune, rezervor, totul e OK. Si totusi, benzineste, scanteieste, porneste dar nu...decoleşte!!!

Cam arata a ...blocaj.
Lasa un coleg sa bage un ochi, s-ar putea sa observe ceva ce tie-ti scapa.
Eu nu mi-as mai bate capul pina atunci. E vremea electricelor.
Oricum, bafta multa in rezolvarea problemei.

Pai la el e clar...
Eu ma gindeam ca le-ai verificat pe toate si n-ai gasit nimic. Poate-ti scapa ceva si te-ar ajuta o parere avizata la fata locului.
Nu eu, ca nu e cazul; sint "crud" la termice dar un coleg amabil gasesti sigur.
O fi ca atunci cind cauti disperat ceva si nu-l vezi desi e in fata ta...

Nu sint sfaturi, sint incurajari.

Atunci, multumesc pentru incurajari! :-)
Indiferent ce-or fi, fac bine la ten, ca m-am inegrit de nervi. Asa este, cred ca ceva imi scapa, desi nu vad ce: combustibil ii vine, bujiile (le-am schimbat de cateva ori) sunt noi, totul merge perfect, dar numai la sol. Asta o vrea sa-l fac macheta?!? Cred ca nu vrea el sa zboare, o avea rau de inaltime...
