Am gasit in calculator cateva poze cu niste pasionati din tarile scandinave care se intrec cu dragstere RC !!!!

Un concurs de dragstere RC cu reactie in Septembrie la Bucuresti ???? Se incumeta cineva ? Inscrierea gratuita !

Dupa parerea mea sunt echipate cu motoare de rachetomodel si se aprind pe rind simetric cite doua sa
nu se creeze diferente de tractiune.
A dracului dom-le cum se extinde si poluarea asta.
Deunazi desfac o conserva de sardine inauntru plin de ulei si pesti morti.

Viper are dreptate, timpul de expunere este foarte mic. Cred ca 1/1000 ajunge. Din pacate am pozele de cativa ani si nu mai stiu cum se cheama clubul. Mai sap in calculator si poate gasesc si restul de date (era in daneza sau suedeza oricum....) Dupa cum arata flacarile din spate, au motoare racheta , probabil de rachetomodele. Aici tare ar merge o fratie intre automodelisti si rachetisti. Totusi ma gandesc ca rotile de pe spate sunt foarte late, si asta presupune o antrenare a rotilor. Altfel ar fi mers (aproape )orice fel de roti.

Eu unul sunt dispus sa planuiesc si sa construiesc un astfel de monstru. Cine se mai baga ca sa avem mai multe, chiar o clasa ????

Am un filmulet cu asa ceva dar au motoare de auto modificate.De exemplu una din masini are un motor format din doua motoare rossi(cred) de 3.5cm3 de auto.
Cine vrea filmuletul?Poate zice ceva webmaster sa il puna undeva pe site ca are cam 2 MB si nu mai stiu de unde l-am luat.

Si pe mine ma atrage ideea. Aveam poze cu dragstere R/C, unele cu motor de racheta, altele cu motor nitro - fabricate de Bolink.
N-am gasit pozele de la Bolink, dar configuratia generala era de model Pro10 cu T-Bar si motorul pozitionat similar cu o electrica. In rest, dragster pur...

Probabil ca asa cum la 1/10 si 1/8 exista "ridicatori", aici exista "opritori"... Mi se pare cel mai elegant cu o plasa pusa vertical spre capatul pistei.

La mine in filmulet unele au un fel de parasuta iar altele se opresc prin frina normala dar cu niste derapaje ciudate.

Primele poze postate de mine sunt tot de pe acest site (ha,ha, ce mica e lumea..) si iata si comentariul alaturat lor:

When Lelle came with the idea of putting rockets into his funnycar, we all encouraged him.

So far he has made three runs, to decide what kind of rockets he should use.
The car is the same car he tried with the a 3.5cc engine earlier in the season.
It has only been modified a little bit (look at the pic's)
He is using 6 model rocket engines. A 7.2v acc and a switch is used to get it on it's way.
The diskbrake is the same as on all our cars.
The rockets he has tried so far has had to short burning time.
The power is enough for 30meters or so.
But he has promised that he will be back with more power.......

Here you have some info about what we are doing..........

THE TRACK
The track is 402.33 meters divided by eight = 50.29 meters
It's prepared with trackbite (same as for the real dragsters) to get tracktion.
The cars need about 20-40 meters to stop so total length is about 100 meters.

THE CARS
The cars are in 1/8 scale of a Top fuel Dragster, about one meter long.
The measurments for tyres,wings and body are taken from the NHRA rulebook and divided by eight. To make the cars look like the real thing.
We use a 3,5cc engine with tuned speed exhaust (rev's ~47000 rpm at the finishline).
The engines are modified for this sole purpuse, a pas down the strip ~3sec of hard running.
A very small colinghead so that the engine don't lose the temp at the end of the run.
Modified crankshaft to increase the fuel flow.
The fuel is a mix of Nitromethane, Methanol and Oil. (usually 70% Nitro, 25% Methanol and 5% Castrol M-oil).
Different types of clutches has been tested, the best one yet is Serpent's adjustable Centax clutch. It can be used with some minor mod's, and works very good.
One or two cars has been using a BMT two speed gearbox, performance is quite equal to the one speed cars.
The breaking is handled by a single breakdisk on the rearaxel.
The minimum weight is set at 2800g (2.8kilo). This so that everyone can build a competitive car.

TIMING
Timing is done wiht a "Home made" equipment. It can measure Reaction, 60 foot, ET and Topspeed.
To this we have a Windows program for easy handling, It can also be run without the PC, Then you use internal display's.
