Electric Balkans Open 2011-2012

1. General

Electric Balkans Open 2011-2012 is winter championship for electric touring cars. It is organized by MC Kinetic, Hobby Dick and AutioRC.
The coordinator of championship is Desislava Kostadinova - +359878322775, d.kostadinova@eborc.net.

2. Fixtures

The championship will be held in 4 rounds from 1.11.2011 to 30.04.2012. Each organizer will host at least one round

1-st round

12 - 13 Nov 2011, Pucioasa, Romania

2-nd round

17 - 18 Dec 2011, Montana, Bulgaria

3-rd round

Feb 2012, Sofia, Bulgaria

4-th round

Mar 2012, Ruse, Bulgaria


3. Classes and entry fees


1:10 Electric Beginners - 10 EUR /motor included/

1:10 Electric Super Stock - 25 EUR

1:10 Electric Touring - 25 EUR

1:10 Electric Team - 25 EUR /per team/

1:12 Electric Sports - 10 EUR

Extra motor for Electric Beginners - 10 EUR

Set of controlled tires - 20 EUR

Transponder fee - 5 EUR


4. Groups and qualifying rules

The minimum number of drivers for 1:10 Electric touring is 6, for all other classes - 4. The drivers will be informed for changes, if the registrations are less then the minimum number. The maximum number of competitors is determined by the organizers of each round.
Controlled practice
The groups tor the controlled practice for the 1st round are determined by the organizer, the championship standing will be count for the next rounds. Two controlled practices will be run, duration - 8 minutes.
Qualifications
Groups for qualifications will be set on the base time of 3 best consecutive laps from the controlled practice.From 4 to 6 qualification rounds will be run. Heat duration - 5 minutes. Two best qualification rounds will be count for the every driver for the final standing from the qualifications.
Finals
Final classification for 1:10 Electric Team will be on the base total laps from both finals. In case of equal laps, time will be count. Tripple A-Z finals for all other classes will be run. For each driver, three finals will be run. The winner of each final gets 1 point; the second gets 2 points and so on. Taking the lowest two points added together, the finalist with the lowest number of points will be declared the winner.

Each competitor gets points for the overall standings, according to its classification in each round

The best 3 of 4 rounds will be counted for the final standing in the championship. By equal points, the driver with better final position from some of the counted rounds has advantage. If this condition is equal, then the laps and time will be counted.

5. Rules

Current EFRA rules, for events organization will be used.
Fair-play will be in special consideration. For non fair-play acts the driver can be disqualified from the race. If a driver or mechanic will be accused in cheating of rules, the driver can be disqualified from the race.
Special bags must be used for LiPo batteries charging.

6. Registrations

Every driver register on his own responsibility and only from its account on www.myrcm.ch.
Registration with different details will cause different standings and organizers will not correct it.

Electric Balkans Open 2011-2012 este un campionat de iarna pentru modele 1/10 electric touring. Organizatorii sunt MC Kinetic, Hobby Dick si AutoRC.

2. Program
Campionatul va avea 4 etape in perioada 1.11.2011-30.04.2012. Fiecare din organizatori va gazdui minim 1 etapa.

12-13 NOIEMBRIE 2011, Pucioasa, Romania

17-18 DECEMBRIE 2011, Montana, Bulgaria

3. CLASE SI TAXE PARTICIPARE

1:10 Electric Beginners - 10 EUR /motor capsat inclus

1:10 Electric Super Stock - 25 EUR

1:10 Electric Touring - 25 EUR

1:10 Electric Team - 25 EUR /per echipa

1:12 Electric Sports - 10 EUR

Extra motor pentru Electric Beginners - 10 EUR

Set roti touring marcate - 20 EUR

Inchiriat transponder - 5 EUR

Aceste taxe sunt platite de pilotii romani echivalent in RON.


4. GRUPE SI REGULAMENT CALIFICARI

Numarul minim de piloti pentru clasa Electric Touring (modified) este 6. Pentru celelalte clase, numarul minim de piloti este 4. Schimbarile aparute pe parcurs vor fi comunicate pilotilor inscrisi, in caz ca nu s-a atins numarul minim de inscrieri. Numarul maxim de competitori va fi stabilit de fiecare organizator in parte.
Grupele de antrenamente controlate sunt stabilite de organizatorul primei etape, urmand ca la urmatoarele etape sa fie facute in functie de rezultatele anterioare. Se vor trage 2 manse de antrenamente controlate, de cate 8minute.

Calificari
Grupele de calificari se vor face valoric, in urma antrenamentelor controlate. Se vor considera 3 tururi consecutive (cele mai bune) din antrenamente. Se vor trage intre 4 si 6 calificari, cu durata de 5 minute. Ordinea la start in finale va fi date de 2 cele mai bune rezultate in calificari.

Finale
Se vor trage cate 3 finale (A-Z), iar punctajul va fi facut din 2 cele mai bune rezultate. Punctajul va fi in felul urmator: Locul 1 -punct, Locul 2 -2puncte, etc. Pilotul cu numarul cel mai mic de puncte insumate va fi declarat invingator.

Fiecare pilot va acumula puncte pe Campionat, in functie de clasificarea in cadrul etapei in care a tras:

Cele mai bune 3 rezultate din 4 etapa vor conta pentru rezultatul general al Campionatului. In caz de egalitate la puncte, pilotul care are un rezultat superior in etapele luate in calcul are avantaj. Daca si aici se constata egalitate, numarul de ture si timpul vor conferi pozitia superioara.


5. REGULAMENT CONCURS
Se vor aplica regulamentele EFRA.
Se pune accent pe fair-play. Pentru actele lipsite de fair-play pilotul vinovat poate fi descalificat. Daca un pilot sau mecanicul acestuia va fi acuzat de incalcarea regulilor, pilotul poate fi descalificat.

6. INSCRIEREA IN CONCURS
Fiecare pilot se va inscrie pe proprie raspundere si de pe propriul cont pe www.myrcm.ch.
Inscrierile cu date eronate vor altera inscrierile in concurs, iar organizatorii nu le vor corecta.

NU, trebuie un variator care nu este de stock si sa fie agreeat de ei

Si acum ca sa incheiat sa scriem cate ceva.

1. Organizarea etapelor 1,2,3 au fost mai mult decat ok a 4a a lasat cam de dorit , lipsa sursei de curent si faptul ca a trebuit sa aducem de acasa o rola de 25 metri, cam stupid.
2. Fair play-ul participantilor Bulgari si acesta lasa de dorit.
3. Premierea absolut stupid ca dupa incheierea campionatului sa se prmieze doar locul 1. Din cate imi aduc eu aminte am fost cu totii acolo nu doar locul 1. ( da cred ca pentru restu nu au mai fost bani de cupe).
