Open communication is an integral part of good customer relations, and that is why we are informing you today of a technical problem which we have detected as part of our continuing Quality Control procedure.

A brief, occasional servo jitter may occur if two or more transmitters are in close proximity and are used simultaneously. This is due to a production fault concerning one component on the circuit board of the TM14 2.4 GHz RF module, No. F1959.

Order Number F1959, F8049, F8050, F8066, F8067

Only a small number of transmitters / modules with this problem have been delivered. The only RF modules affected are those bearing the following serial numbers:

08430001 to 08432345 and 08440001 to 08442504,

delivered in the period July to September 2008

Please check whether you own a radio control system fitted with such an RF module, or individual modules. If this applies to you, please return the RF modules to the robbe Service Centre for exchange.

We will send you detailed information on the replacement of the modules as soon as this is available to us.
