Despre accumulatori

Cum va stocati accumulatori?
Lucian zi si tu cum ii stochezi ca doar esti campion la 1/10 si la ele ai nevoie si de accu.Ai scris o gramada de articole dar despre accu. nimic.
Nici ceilalti nu va lasati.Scrieti tot ce stiti despre accu.
Este un subiect interesant si puteti sa ajutati pe multi sa invete mai multe.
Pentru cei ce nu au un incarcator automatizat ce recomandati.Cum ii descrcati si pina la ce tensiune? si alte si alte intrebari si raspunsuri pe care va rog sa le scrieti aici!!!!!

1. Acumulatorii se impart in doua categorii :
- cu electrod solid (capacitati pina la 1500mAh) pot debita pina la 15-20A si sunt cei mai ieftini;
- cu electrod sinterizat peste 1500-1600 mAh pot debita pina la 30-50 A, care sunt acum cei mai folositi.
2. Se stocheaza descarcati, in jur de 0.9-1 V pe element. Putem considera ca un acc. ajunge aprox. in starea asta cind modelul se opreste.
Daca se descarca sub 0.80-0.85V poate apare fenomenul de inversare al polaritatii celulelor (se poate rezolva prin incarcare la un curent 1/10 capaciate 16-18 h).
3. Daca descarcarea se face la un curent mare si incarcarea se recomanda sa se faca la fel, cu curenti intre 3-5 din capacitate. (ex. acc. are 1800 mAh, curent de incarcare 2C reprezinta 3.6A). Incarcarea normala, cu 1/10 din capacitate, se recomanda la prima incarcare la acc. noi sau la echilibrarea celulelor din pack.
4. Acc. incarcat pierde in jur de 1% pe zi din capacitate.
Daca nu ai un incarcator cu delta-peak trebuie sa cronometrezi, functie de curent, timpul de incarcare, iar pack-ul sa nu depasesca temperatura de 40 gradeC.

Curentul de incärcare coreleazä direct proportional cu debitul de curent in sarcinä.
Aceleas celule pot fi cumpärate si in magazinele normale de electro la 70 % pret deoarece nu sint declarate ca RcingCell.
Cele mai bune rezultate le obtin cu un RacingPak fäcut din celule industriale NiCd 2400 mAh. Incärcare cu 4,8 A deci 2c färä probleme. Deci in multe cazuri reclama rämine sufletul comertului. :)

I have a question about cycling NiMh's. I thought that when you use a pack in a car that it has to be cooled down before recharging. But if i put a pack through 2 cycles aren't I charging/discharging/charging/discharging in one go. Should there be a break to let the battery cool down between cycles. My charger lets me put in a delay time of up to 10 min after charge and up to 60 min after discharge. Should I use these maximum times. The charge rate would be 4.5A and discharge 20A. The charger is the Eagle Racing CDC Ver6.
All help appreciated.

I am a little confused with the questio but will try my best.
First, the best battery performance occurs when the battery reaches full charge as close to the time it is used as possible. So if it peaks you want to run it right away. In racing situations this is close to impossible because the timing of races is not very precise.
Whether you are racing with a pack or cylying/testing a pack you should use the above procedure.
Once the pack is discharged you will want to wait until the battery naturally cools to room temperature. It is at this point it is considered safe (likely won't damage pack)to recharge them. Typically nicads like the Sanyo 2400 do not work as wll on this second cycle. The Sanyo 3000HV tends to put out more voltage during the second cycle with a slight loss of run time.
The best thing to do if you are racing competitively is to have enough packs to one them once per day. A typical race meeting then might require 3-4 packs.
